DIG.UA provides public WHOIS data lookup, DNS record checks, IP geolocation, trademark searches, and AI-generated articles about domains. Data is sourced from public WHOIS/RDAP servers, DNS, IANA, and other registries.

3. Restrictions

  • Automated scraping or data harvesting is prohibited.
  • Excessive requests (more than 100 per minute) may result in temporary blocking.
  • Attempting to bypass CAPTCHA or security checks is prohibited.
  • Using the service for illegal purposes is prohibited.
  • Reselling data obtained through the service without authorization is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

WHOIS, DNS, and other data are provided "as is". We do not guarantee data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data is sourced from third-party registries and may contain errors.

5. Intellectual property

The DIG.UA service design, code, and AI-generated articles are the property of Broodex, Inc. WHOIS/DNS data belongs to the respective registries.

6. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings.

8. Limitation of liability

Broodex, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
